Choosing the right path to a solution sounds straightforward, but in practice, could be like a maze that shifts every time the solution is in sight.
There are times when the right solution is the least wrong solution. Sometimes choosing no solution in such a situation is worse than choosing the wrong solution. Things get complicated when there are ethical, moral, and societal implications.
There are other times where the right solution is the least aligned with a person’s values but benefits the group.
In such situations, finding the right path might require both time and multiple attempts/reconstructions of both the problem and the solution. Sometimes each solution leads to one failure after another until there is enough to support a more finalized/stable solution.
There are times when there is an invisible structure created when a team is utilized. It is not always about the things that you are aware of that holds up the path, but it is the invisible action of others in a team that might be the key to stability. A good team can elevate everyone and make it clearer if there are any factors holding things back.
Solutions might come from the least experienced person where there are times the most experienced person has the worst ideas.
