Affirmations can be simple concepts to add a bit of positivity into the day. A simple affirmation might be what’s needed for a moment of inspiration. Affirmations might only be useful for a moment, but a moment of positivity even if it a reflection, might create some insight.

I allow myself to imagine the possibilities of the day and find a moment of it that could be good.

Creating new opportunities for kindness is a good step forward.

Making each moment count doesn’t need to be an absolute. Relaxing when needed could also be positive.

I can create many types of situations. I can choose the ones that are best for me.

What I want and what is need doesn’t need to be out of alignment. I am able to find alignment in what I want and without pressure from purpose or guilt.

Stepping forward into the day with a good deed could be a good way of getting through a bad day. I am able to find something positive I could do to change the meaning of the day.

I am able to find positivity in small moments in order to add up to an accumulation of positivity.
